Gran you fell asleep so suddenly but I know that you are now out of pain and suffering. You are back in Grandads arms again where you can both live in eternal peace in heaven. Dementia is such a cruel condition as it robs the sufferer of so much more than just memories. It robs them of themselves. Gran I will always love you and until we meet again 😘
