I miss you so much mum, this is my first Mother's day without you. Your battle with Alzheimer's began 4 years ago and you slipped away from me day by day, unfortunately dad was diagnosed at the same time so you both slowly disappeared from my life while still being here physically. I thought I was prepared for your passing but my heart is shattered, I'm trying to piece things together for my family but I long for you. Sleep well my beautiful mum till I see you again..
