Dear Mum you are so missed, everyday I think of you. Your dementia took you from us too soon as you disappeared bit by bit before our eyes. So cruel for you to suffer after caring for Dad with his dementia the best you could. You live on in our hearts, your children and Grandchildren and everyone who loved you. Until we meet again, love you Mum xx
